Taylor Hargrove

Client Relationship Manager

I was raised in Tennessee and have been in the real estate industry since 2017. With a passion for relationships and a heart for serving agents, I bring energy, consistency, and a solutions-focused mindset to every closing.

When I’m not supporting Realtors, you can find me training for my next marathon, reading a good book, trying a new local restaurant, or spending time with my family, friends, and three fur babies. I believe every closing should feel like a celebration — because it is!

Carly Woodring

Escrow Officer

I was born in California and have specialized in title and escrow processing since 2016. With a focus on accuracy and communication, I help ensure every transaction moves forward with confidence, bringing consistency, clarity, and a smooth path to closing every time.

When I'm not absolutely crushing it professionally, I enjoy a good movie, game night, or relaxing with my family, friends, and pets.

Jami K. Averwater

Founder | CEO & Attorney

You could say that Jami grew up at the closing table watching her parents, local homebuilders, and developers. Over time, her passion for real estate grew, as did her passion for becoming involved in the Murfreesboro community. She is a proud Webb School alum, and Bell Buckle holds a special place in her heart. After graduating with a degree in Economics from MTSU, she went on to receive her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Belmont University College of Law. She specializes in real estate law, commercial purchases, and closings.

You won’t find anyone more dedicated to building up her community and serving her clients. Jami serves with heart and passion to build the real estate market and leave it better than how she found it.

Jade Richardson

Chief Title Officer

Jade Richardson spent the better part of her career in customer service at a large retail store, so we were elated when Jade agreed to bring that experience to Hywater Title. As the manager of our Smithville office, Jade is responsible for juggling many files for the top agents in the area, and her positive attitude and dedication are unmatched. Jade lives in Dowelltown, TN, with her husband and enjoys traveling in her free time.
